United States · Readiness assessment

Before the attorney, know where you stand

Three questions: your passport, the O-1A criteria, and the NIW threshold. The result shows as you answer, and you send nothing to see it. If you choose, send it to us — we read it ourselves and tell you what to build first.

What this assessment measures

This is not a legal opinion and it does not replace an attorney. It makes three things clear: whether your passport lets you into these routes at all, how many O-1A criteria you can document today, and whether you meet the EB-2 NIW threshold.

Tick a criterion only if a document a stranger could check proves it. If in doubt, leave it. An optimistic assessment only wastes your time.

1. Which citizenships do you hold?
2. Which O-1A criteria can you document today?

Tick only what you could prove with a document a stranger can verify. Self-published or paid items do not count.

3. EB-2 NIW basics

Where you stand

0 of 8 criteria ticked

O-1A: early. Fewer than two criteria. This is a 9–12-month evidence-building job before an attorney is useful.

NIW: not open yet. It needs a master's degree, or a bachelor's plus five years of progressive experience.

Send this to us

We read every assessment ourselves. If the US route is realistic for you, we reply with what to build first; if it is not, we say so.

Frequently asked questions

Is the assessment free?

Yes. The result shows immediately, and sending it to us costs nothing.

Does the result mean I qualify for a visa?

No. It is a readiness filter, not a legal opinion. The decision on a petition rests with a US immigration attorney and, finally, with USCIS.

What happens after I send it?

We read it ourselves and reply by email within a few working days. If the US route is not realistic for you, we say so.
