VisaRoads, a brand of Ashavid Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), collects information necessary to assess your eligibility for global business immigration programs. This includes:
- Identity Data: Name, citizenship, date of birth, and passport details.
- Financial Data: Net worth statements, liquidity proof, and source of funds documentation (for audit purposes).
- Business Intelligence: Pitch decks, business plans, intellectual property details, and corporate structure.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and interaction metrics via our digital platforms.
Usage & Strategy
We do not sell your data. We use your information strictly to:
Assessment
To calculate eligibility scores (CRS, SIRS, EOI) and identify suitable jurisdictions.
Partnership
To present your business concept to designated organizations (Incubators, VCs) for endorsement purposes.
Third-Party Disclosure

To execute your immigration strategy, we may share your data with trusted partners under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs):
- Regulated Immigration Lawyers: For the final legal submission of visa petitions.
- Designated Organizations: Incubators, Angel Investor Groups, and Venture Capital funds in Canada, UK, or Australia.
- Forensic Accountants: For net worth verification reports (e.g., KPMG, MNP) required by provincial programs.
Security Protocol
We employ enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to client files is restricted on a "need-to-know" basis within our firm.
The VisaRoads App
This section applies to the VisaRoads app for iPhone and Android.
What the app collects: only the random install identifier described under “App updates” below. The app has no account, sign-up or sign-in, and it does not include analytics, advertising or crash-reporting software. What you enter (your pathfinder answers, the steps you mark done, your language and appearance settings) is stored only on your phone and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
What the app downloads: to show the News tab, the app requests the public article feeds of visaroads.com. The request carries no personal information. Like any web server, ours may record the technical details of a request, such as an IP address, in standard server logs; these are not linked to you and are not used to identify you.
App updates: when it opens, the app asks Expo, the service we use to deliver app updates, whether a newer version of its content is available. The request carries the app’s version details and a random identifier created when the app is installed. That identifier is not linked to you, your answers or any advertising identifier, and uninstalling the app deletes it from your phone. Like any server, Expo receives the request’s IP address; Expo’s own privacy policy covers what it does with it.
Links that leave the app: official sources, articles, photo credits and “Book a call” open web pages in your phone’s browser view, and “Message on Telegram” opens Telegram. Those pages and services have their own privacy policies. If you contact us through them, the rest of this policy covers what you send.
Deleting your data: in the app, go to Me › Settings › Delete my data to erase your answers, steps and progress (your language and appearance choices are kept). Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored.
Children: the app is intended for adults planning business immigration and is not directed to children.
Changes: if a future version of the app starts collecting any other data, we will update this section, and the store listings, before that version is released.
