این فرم جهت بررسی تکنیکال پروندههای استارتاپ ویزا که با چالش روبرو شدهاند طراحی شده است؛ یعنی پروندههایی که پیش از توقف برنامه ثبت شدهاند. برنامهی استارتاپ ویزا متوقف است و پروندهی جدیدی پذیرفته نمیشود؛ مجوز کار باز برای متقاضیانی که پروندهی اقامت دائمشان پیشتر ثبت شده هنوز در دسترس است و تمدید مجوز کار استارتاپ ویزا هم فقط برای دارندگان فعلی امکانپذیر است.
The Canada Start-up Visa is paused. IRCC stopped accepting new applications on June 30, 2026. Applications filed before that date are still being processed, and if you are eligible you can still apply for an open work permit while yours is assessed.
